Tai Chi for Health: this wonderful relaxed exercise is a joy to perform.
It's great for balance and posture, helps relieve Arthritis, improves mobility, reduces stress and is wonderful for our mental health. It also prompts good health and works well with our coordination - Excellent for rehabilitation and is a low impact exercise. Our classes are relaxed, friendly and fun, they are open to everyone and a good way of meeting new friends. We encourage people of all ages and abilities to take part in our classes as everyone can benefit from Tai Chi. It is our joy and privilege to practice with our students. Our aim is to empower, educate and spread the Tai Chi Qi Gong word. We teach from the heart. Our Tuesday class is Sun Style Tai Chi, upright and nimble, which allows easy practice for everyone, Plus Qi Gong, The Friday Class is Yang style Tai Chi, traditional, medium posture, exciting style plus Qi Gong. |
